BUU's Teams Win Big at the North China Five Provinces Robot Competition
BUU’s students led by their teachers showed their outstanding ability recently when they were awarded first, second and third prizes across a range of disciplines and beating off competition from almost 100 universities.

In the final round of the North China Five Provinces, BUU’s teams achieved outstanding results, winning two first prizes, two second prizes, and two third prizes. Our university also received an award for outstanding organization.

The North China Five Provinces University Robot Competition is a high-level science and technology competition organized by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission.
Students of mechanical engineering in the College of Robotics
The North China Five Provinces University Robot Competition was held in Beijing and BUU's Robotics Institute sent a total of 12 teams from the Automation, Mechanical Engineering, and Robotics Engineering majors to participate in six different events, including Intelligent Robot Unmanned Driving, Robot Martial Arts Ring, Service Robot Race, Humanoid Robot Athletic Competition, Humanoid Robot Athletic Competition (Penalty Kick), and Underwater Robot Race (Pipeline Inspection).

In the final round, 472 teams from 96 universities competed in events such as Robot Martial Arts Ring, Humanoid Robot Athletic Competition, Service Robot Race, Underwater Robot Race, and etc., showcasing their robot design abilities, adaptability, and teamwork spirit.
