Dear international students, 

It is still an extremely critical moment for the COVID-19 epidemic control which is far from over. All universities in China are uncertain about opening time for international students. We WILL NOT notify students to return to campus in a short time. 

The remote courses online have been taken since March 2020 for international students. Limited by being jet-lagged in different countries and network technology for some countries and regions, teaching quality for all students cannot be fully guaranteed. In order to guarantee the interests of any international student, school has decided to refund tuition and dorm fee to international students while our remote courses online are still on.

Students for Language training (regular program, intensive program and exchange program)

Because of COVID-19 pandemic, school has decided to not offer language training courses in any form anymore since September 2020, and international students’ application and visa application for language training will not be accepted anymore for September 2020. School will help students now in China to get transfer letter.

Please fill in the refund form and email that form to admissionbuu@buu.edu.cn before 31 May 2020, if you pay tuition for 2020 spring semester, 2020 autumn semester and dorm fee for 2020 spring semester. The school financial office will refund the fee to your bank card in China, for the settlement of balances in RMB.

Students for Bachelor program and Master Program

Students for Bachelor program and Master Program continue to attend the remote courses online and arrange your study and life at home. The school will continue to strictly record class attendance and recognize online learning class scores and credits. The staffs from International Students office of Beijing Union University will contact you and help you to renew study visa and arrange you all return back to school after the end of COVID-19 epidemic.
