Dear international students,

China has made every effort to fight against COVID-19 since the start of its outbreak and achieved staged results. But now it is still an extremely critical moment for the epidemic control which is far from over. Thus again we make the following requirements：

It is strictly prohibited to return to China and to school until further notice. Anyone who violates the regulation and returns to school without permission shall bear responsibility for all consequences.

COVID-19 broke out in lots of countries recently, every one of you, no matter whether you are in China or not, should strictly abide by the instructions and requirements of local governments and health authorities, take every necessary measure to protect you.

Please confirm with your class tutor that you have this letter. And we will think that you have already got that without any feedback to your class tutor before 1 March 2020.
